Current monitoring layer
The current product checks public website response, HTTPS, mobile viewport readiness, page metadata, indexability, restaurant/local-business structured data, visible contact paths, ordering and menu path discovery, and reachability of detected guest-critical links.
What a public check does not prove
A successful public response does not by itself prove that a guest can complete every JavaScript-heavy third-party checkout, place an order, complete payment, or access an authenticated provider dashboard.
Incident behavior
When a monitored condition fails, the application can open an incident, retain it across repeated failures, allow customer acknowledgement, and resolve it when the condition recovers.
Monitoring cadence
Watch is structured for hourly checks. Protect and Group are structured for 15-minute checks when an external worker or reliable scheduler is configured. Free accounts receive manual audits but not scheduled monitoring.
