Cancel anytime
Harborlight Watch subscriptions may be canceled through the Stripe customer billing portal when enabled. Cancellation ordinarily prevents the next renewal and leaves the current paid period available until its scheduled end.
Refunds
Except where required by law or where Harborlight Watch confirms a billing error, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. We do not automatically prorate unused time after cancellation.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact [email protected] with the account email and charge date. Do not send payment-card numbers by email.
Founding pricing
Founding pricing is tied to the Stripe price on the continuously active subscription. Canceling and later re-subscribing may use then-current pricing.
